blank movies?? quicktime 7.1.3 and flash problems
when apple released the quicktime 7.1.3 'update,' they disabled default support for flash content. why am i telling you this? because all of the quicktime panoramas i've been posting have flash content - the little labels in the bottom corner. if you've updated to the recent version of quicktime - and if you're on a mac you probably have, just by using software update - YOU'LL GET BLANK WINDOWS for the panoramas! to make things work again, you need to go into "quicktime preferences," click the advanced tab, and turn on the "Enable Flash." box. why!?...
that said, i think i'll no longer add the flash labels to the panoramas, and dodge this stupid bullet alltogether. a big mistake by apple, and lots of media developers are complaining.
